Your transcript is confidential and not to be released without your written consent in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. To order an official transcript, download and fill out our transcript request form (See notes below for additional instructions).

NOTE: Transcripts will not be sent if the student has an account balance due the school.

Graduates/Inactive Students
Please supply in writing the following information when requesting an official transcript from Academy College:

4. Dates of enrollment
5. Where you would like the transcript to be sent (if applicable)
6. Daytime telephone number

You must also sign your request. The fee for an official transcript is $15.00, payable by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or money order. Requests will take 14-21 days to process and are only available by mail.

Active Students
Please supply in writing the following information when requesting an official transcript from Academy College:
